    Description

    Seven assorted brand new, nm-mint condition SOTHEBY'S ANIMATION ART AUCTION CATALOGS, from June, 1989 (near the Dawn of the Animation Art "Explosion" !) to December, 1997. These are extra file copies, stored right after each auction, and never (or seldom) opened.
    Most of these are quite striking with expensive setups illustrated fully on the covers, with only a small amount of titles or other printing over one corner.
    The auction dates are as follows:  6/89, 12/91, 6/92, 6/93 (London and NYC), 12/93, and 12/97 which represent the early years of animation collecting with world-record prices.
    Several contain addendum sheets and/or prices realized.
