    Description

    Liberia Scott # C14-16, Issued in 1941. MNH.   Overprint ERRORS in correct issued colors, overprint of "POSTAGE STAMP CENTENNIAL 1840-1940" and Roland Hill Portrait is missing.  Two are signed.
