    Description

    Liberia Scott # C14-16, Issued in 1941. MNH.   Overprint ERRORS in incorrect colors, overprint of "POSTAGE STAMP CENTENNIAL 1840-1940" and Roland Hill Portrait is missing.  All Signed with a large "S".
