1814 Italian States 10 Soldi Silver Coin Kingdom of Napoleon Milano

This is an 1814-M (Milano) Italian States Kingdom of Napoleon 10 Soldi .900 Silver Coin in Circulated Condition. This coin has some signs of wear and places with like a grayish looking gunk between some of the letterings. There is a dark spec on the reverse rim (maybe it can be picked off?). The coin is almost the size of a United States Cent.
