Feijoada - (brazilian black beans)
1 kg of varied pork sausages(prefer Smoked sausages, churizos)
1 1/2 Smoked Beef
slices of Bacon
400 grms Smoked Loin
1 kg Dried Beef (brazilian dried beef you can find in Petersham Butchers)
fresh garlic and bay leaves
1 kg black beans
Add black beans to a medium sized pot( pressure cooker) with salt, garlic, bay leaves.
Cut the churizos and the other meats in small cubes add to the pot.
Cook for about 15 minutes in mediun heat.
Cook your feijoada more 10 minutes, you can add some chilli sauce at this point.
Hint . to make the feijoada creamy, liquefy 1/2 cup of black beans in the blender and add to the feijoada.
You can add also 1/2 k of Smoked ribs.
